It’s always easy to forget that the man actually has a nice voice, even when he’s singing about the orphan who’s going blind and that’s going to die, so he’s got no reason to cry because it’s Christmas. Great funny goodness as always from Gervais. Stephen Merchant’s plea at the end always kills me.

Some might say that it’s a bit early to be posting Holiday mixes (i would be one of them) but i did start posting the Halloween Mixtapes 8 weeks before Halloween, so this isn’t too far off. Also, it’s never too early to post great songs and this track by Low is one of my all time favorite holiday songs, and it’s also very uncharacteristic of the band’s usual slowcore, ear rattling gems.
