Last year High Highs turned out a killer cover of Wild Nothing’s “Live in Dreams”, and now they’re finally back with an EP of new material that carries a similar vibe to Wild Nothing’s airy, dream pop. “Open Season” is a standout, but then again all four tracks on the EP are pure ear candy, built around lo-fi, bedroom pop soundscapes that mine territory similar to dream pop favorites like Wild Nothing, The Radio Dept, and Craft Spells.
